Feed owners & co-hosts

When you create a new feed, you become the owner. This gives you the ability to moderate, invite co-hosts, change feed settings or assign a new owner (by leaving the feed).

Co-hosts are people that can function as both moderators or contributors to your feed. For example, if you only allow “Only hosts can post” in Posting Permissions, only you and anyone you invite to co-host to your feed can post to it, even if your Access Permissions is set to “Public” and anyone can follow the feed.

You can invite co-hosts in (2) ways:

  1. Invite co-hosts when creating a new feed.

OR

  1. Navigate to the feed page.
  2. Click the Gear icon in the top right corner.
  3. Scroll down to “Invite co-hosts” and choose co-hosts from your connections.

REMIINDER: To minimize spamming risks, you can only invite connections to be co-hosts. To learn more about connections, click here.
